Using SonicLife
By using SonicLife, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for the information you submit and for activity performed through your account.
Accounts
Users may create partygoer or DJ accounts. DJ registrations may require administrator approval before DJ dashboard features become available. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for providing accurate account information.
Song Requests and Events
SonicLife allows users to submit song requests, vote on requests, join events, and send requests through permanent DJ request links. A request does not guarantee that a DJ will play a song. DJs retain control over their playlists, event queues, and request status.
DJ Content and Social Integrations
DJs may be able to connect third-party platforms such as TikTok and display authorized public videos or profile information in SonicLife. By connecting an account, the DJ confirms that they are authorized to make that connection and display the resulting content. The DJ remains responsible for content associated with their account.
Third-Party Services
SonicLife may integrate services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Spotify, TikTok, and other third-party providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. SonicLife does not control the availability or rules of third-party platforms and may change or remove an integration if required.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse SonicLife, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not impersonate another person or DJ.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Do not use automated methods to overload song requests, voting, authentication, or connected services.
Content and Ownership
You retain rights you already hold in content you submit. You grant SonicLife the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content for operation of the service. Third-party content remains subject to the rights and rules of the source platform.
Availability and Changes
SonicLife is provided on an evolving basis. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed, including integrations that depend on third-party APIs or platform approval.
Suspension or Termination
SonicLife may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, respond to misuse, or comply with legal or third-party platform requirements.
Disclaimers
SonicLife is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uninterrupted access to third-party APIs, specific event outcomes, song playback, or continued availability of connected social content.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as SonicLife changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
